Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany
- Flat-rate shipping charge: €3.49
- Free shipping on orders of €35.00 or more
International shipping
- Flat-rate shipping charge: €7.99
- Free shipping on orders of €80.00 or more
Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped by Deutsche Post or DHL.
Delivery times
Unless a different delivery time is stated in the item description, delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 4 working days after dispatch. Delivery to other EU countries takes 3 to 7 working days, and to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland) 3 to 14 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to Packstations and post offices
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation or post office – at no extra cost. This gives you flexibility and lets you collect your parcel around the clock. DHL will notify you by e-mail or SMS as soon as your parcel is ready for collection.
Payment options
You can pay securely and conveniently with us using the following payment methods:
- Prepayment – You transfer the amount in advance, and we dispatch the goods once payment has been received.
- Credit card – We accept common credit cards (e.g. Visa and Mastercard).
- PayPal – Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account.
- Google Pay – Simply pay contactlessly or digitally – directly via your Google account.
- Apple Pay – Pay conveniently and securely with your Apple device.
