For weddings, Save the Date suits the invitation and Thank You the thank-you card, with a flower design on the envelope. For presents and letters without a special occasion, nature and flower designs are a good fit.
How the impression is made
Melt the wax, pour it onto the paper, press the stamp straight in, hold it briefly and lift it off. What is a “Petschaft”?
Petschaft is the old German word for a wax seal stamp: a stamp with an engraved design that is pressed into warm sealing wax.
How big will the seal be?
The design measures 25 mm. How wide the wax rim around it gets depends on the amount of wax – three beads make a seal of about 25 mm.
Does the stamp also work with wax from a glue gun?
Yes. The stamp works the same with wax from the melting spoon and from the glue gun.
