The water-soluble coloured pencil set of 12 offers a wide range of rainbow pencils, specially designed for blending shades efficiently. These coloured pencils have a medium, round tip, allowing both precise lines and colouring in larger areas. The cores are multicoloured and water-soluble, so you can gently mix the colours with water and blend them into colour gradients.
